Team Global Express

Couriers are selected based on speed, reliability, and coverage of your delivery area.


2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.

Express Shipping: If available, express options will be presented at checkout. Costs vary by delivery location and order weight.


3. Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier capacity.)


4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number can be used on the courier’s website to track your shipment in real time.


5. Shipping Restrictions

Delivery Area: We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

P.O. Boxes: We can deliver to P.O. Boxes via Australia Post. Please ensure all address details are accurate to avoid delays.


6. Order Issues

Missing or Delayed Orders: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at sales@camerasconnect.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
