Opened/Used Cameras: Not eligible for return, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty/Damaged Items: Report within 7 days for exchange or refund.

Eligibility: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.

Please allow up to 14 days for funds to appear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges are only offered for faulty or damaged items.
